Hello,
today I received my Montage 8, I updated it and now I'd like to install the BÖSENDORFER PIANO library, but I'm not able to download it from https://eu.yamahamusicsoft.com/ , where I registered my account.
I also registered my Montage series number here: https://member.europe.yamaha.com/
I checked the Yamaha Italia website where I found these instructions:

You can download the "Bösendorfer Premium Piano" on Yamaha MusicSoft
Exclusive library FREE for MONTAGE owners
Montage owners can get this library for FREE! Use promo code: bose17 at check out.
When I insert the promo code bose17 at checkout it says it's not valid (as you can see in the image)
What have I to do?

The Bosendorfer download is a regional promotion (so dates and details can vary region to region). I'm sorry, but I don't know the particular promotional details for Italy. Please contact you regional Yamaha Office: they will be able to instruct you on how to proceed.

Thank you! I will phone to Yamaha's italian office next week.
On the italian website it says that the promo will be over at the end of june 2017.
