I feel it is a bad signal sent from Yamaha, it looks like they have abandoned their own forum. Have they financial issues? What happen behind this empty scene?

They've been working on it for a while and unfortunately have not been able to resolve the issues despite trying. I'm not sure if they outsource the management of the forum. Either way - whatever team is working the forum now is not any more effective than the team that was working the previous forum. When either platforms took a nose-dive, it would take an exorbitant amount of time to get the forum operational.
This is not exactly a new development. There is somewhat of a cycle of this.
I'd like to see Steinberg manage the forum since they have core competency in software and the forum for Steinberg/Dorico/etc hasn't caused as much heartache. The platform they use is reasonable.

Indeed. I've never seen such a forum disaster from a major company before. Really impacting their user base.
