When the promissed VST edditor is out which sould take care of the DAW integration, will it support all DAWs as well as it supports Cubase?

It has universal compatibility with any DAW as I understand it. No drivers required. All of this happens over a single USB cable, all 16 MIDI channels and all audio channels and even provides (3) stereo returns simultaneously. Nothing extra to purchase.

Again, david, drivers are not necessary if you connect to an iOS device. If you connect to a Windows or Mac computer you will need the Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver... Any DAW capable of using an ASIO driver will be compatible.

Hope to see a compatible multiclient Asio driver, then this could turn into a perfect multifunction setup
