I'm a Montage M8x owner. When I purchased the keyboard as new it included a sheet with instructions and Download Access Code for the Expanded Softsynth Plugin. As clunky as that process was, I was able to eventually land the page where I could download the first version of the plugin. Fast forward to now, I have been unable to navigate to a download page for the new version of the plug in. Can someone please guide me as to what I'm missing? Every attempt to follow the previous link has been unsuccessful and simply has me navigating in a loop to the page where firmware and drivers can be downloaded; but no E.S.P. download file.

Hello,
Check out this article. I explained the process for ESP. It requires that you create a My Steinberg account and use these two components to download, install and authorize:
- The Steinberg Download Assistant: This is where you enter your Download Access Code and download the app installer
- The Steinberg Activation Manager: This is how you authorize downloaded apps for your computer.
