I have a .wav file on a flash drive...
Can i copy this wave file and SAVE it on the montage, so i dont have to have the flash drive always inserted..
I'm sure its been asked 100 times, but frustration is getting the best of me

Yes. Once you have loaded a wav file into an element of an awm2 part or drum part that wav file is then stored in the user memory (you can go to utility, contents, data utility, waveform to see the wav files that you have loaded) and so the flash drive no longer needs to be connected to the montage.
