For example, on the classic guitar patch "Classical AF1&2" how can i automate the change of pressing the switch, in a normal daw sequencer?
Thanks in advance
Send CC 86 (sw #1) or aCC 87 (sw #2) from your daw.

On our Montage M8X that performance uses AF1 and 2 as 'Momentary' switches so they are only effective while you continue to hold the switch down. That likely isn't going to work very well for remote operation - you might want to change to 'Latch' mode so you only send the command one time for ON and again when you are ready to turn it OFF.
I'm referring you to the reference manual so that others will be able to follow this explanation.
The AF switches are part of the XA (Xpanded Articulation) functionality that you can configure for each individual element of an AWM2 part. See the graphic/text on p.94 of the doc.
XA Control
Determines the functioning of the Expanded Articulation (XA) feature of an Element.
The XA feature is sophisticated tone generator system that allows you to more effectively recreate realistic
sound and natural performance techniques. It also provides other unique modes for random and alternate
sound changes as you play. For details on the XA feature, see the “Tone Generator Block” in the “Basic
Structure” on page 6.
Settings: Normal, Legato, Key Off, Cycle, Random, A.SW Off, A.SW1 On, A.SW2 On
The 'kicker' is that each switch can be configured for either 'Momentary' or 'Latch' mode as described on p.145 of the doc.
Assign 1 Mode/Assign 2 Mode (Assignable Switch 1 Mode/Assignable Switch 2 Mode)
Determines whether the [ASSIGN 1] and [ASSIGN 2] buttons functions as a latch type or momentary type.
Settings: Latch, Momentary
Latch: When set to “Latch,” pressing the button alternates the status between on and off.
Momentary: When set to “Momentary,” pressing/holding the button turns on and releasing the button turns off.
As mentioned earlier on an M8X that performance has both switches set to 'Momentary'. So sending a command to a switch would, essentially, not do much of anything at all. If the mode was changed to 'Latch' then sending a command would toggle the position of the switch and it would keep its new setting (either ON or OFF) until you send another command.
P.153 of the doc shows that Assign SW1, by default, is referenced using CC#86 while SW2 uses CC#87. So you would configure your DAW to send a Control Change command using those CC's to cause the switches to change. But sending a single command to a switch configured as 'Momentary' would turn it ON but then immediately turn it OFF again.
It's up to you, of course, whether it makes more sense to use a DAW to toggle the switches or just manually press the two buttons on the Montage. And you will need to decide whether to change the modes to 'Latch' or not.
