Is there new waveform of strings in the montage M? Violin, cello, viola, ensemble…or is it same wave than in the classic one but maybe using more elements? I am curious.

Is there new waveform of strings in the montage M? Violin, cello, viola, ensemble
There are 43 more waveforms with a Main Category of Strng in the Montage M data list doc than in the Montage doc. You will have to look at both sets to try to see if they are in the category you want.
You would have to try to compare the waveform names in both docs since the waveform numbers will be different. And you could check count for each of the 9 'Strng' sub categories to see where the 43 new ones are.
I don't know how you could tell if the waveforms are really the same internally just because they have the same name.
…or is it same wave than in the classic one but maybe using more elements? I am curious.
Not sure what you mean by 'using more elements' since waveforms don't have elements. Do you mean are there new string performances?
There are 3427 performances in the Montage M and 2730 in the Montage data list (montagek_en_dl_j0.pdf). If you check the 'Strings' category you will find quite a few more in the M.
The 43 new string waveforms are Cinema Strings. There are demos of the new "cinematic" Performances that feature these strings. You may be able to get a feel for how they match what you are (or or not) looking for by looking at those. If I remember there are multiple demos from different presenters because it was on a short list of new stuff to feature. If you're looking for new solo waveforms -- those aren't available. I had personally asked for more non-vibrato variations of solo string instruments (primarily violin in order to try to get a better country fiddle sound). Looking at this tells me these requests haven't been realized as of yet. At least not 1st party.

Current Yamaha Synthesizers: Montage Classic 7, Motif XF6, S90XS, MO6, EX5R
Thank you
Montage 7 classic
I have listen demo of the cinema strings, it seems to bring some extra color. What I miss is realistic solo strings, it could take advantage of multiple articulation from extended element of a part. It seems that we need to make our own waveforms but as we don’t have access to compression as Yamaha use for they own sample, it looks that we will be quickly limited by the memory. For choir there are only two new performances, I am not sure it use new waveforms.
