Hi. If I follow your loading procedure I get the message Sample memory full. If I check the free space it shows 1.7GB.
What am I doing wrong?
Best regards,
Paul

The way that memory works is as follows: the Montage can store 1.75GB of Waveform and Sampled data
This can be 2,048 Waveforms. Waveforms organize the audio Samples into playable entities.
Although not published, there is a theoretical maximum to the number of individual Samples (Keybanks) created. In the Motif XF, this was 8,192.

Memory will report full when you exceed any of these limitation.

If you data exceeds the 1.75GB the storage is full, quite naturally, this is easy to understand. But if you exceed the 2,048 Waveform limit before the 1.75GB limit is reached you will receive a "Waveform full" error message. If you exceed the maximum number of Sample (Keybanks) before the 1.75GB limit is reached you will receive the "Sample full" error message.

So if attempting to install data that exceeds any of these limits - it's a whichever comes first situation.

Hope that helps.

THX. It worked. It appeared there were goast samples without content added. However what I found out after loading the file that a lot of voices using the user waves don´t sound at all or partly in specific keyranges or keys and the dynamic separation (key velocity) doesn´t function. What´s the problem?

Could be copy protected data, could be data using a compression scheme not recognized by Montage.
Is this data that you created?

It can vary according to the particular Library. I do not have a definitive listing of what is working and what is not. As soon as we do, we'll let you know. But so far data that uses a special encoding has not been able to be translated by Montage. Whether this is due to some copy protection (on purpose) or some kind of incompatibility with the data itself, is the answer I do not have at this time. We'll find out what we can and report back.
