Presumably there's no built in metronome, how would I get a metronome to sound whilst playing freely? (yes , my timing can be that bad and I can't always pass it off as 'phrasing' :o)

Thank you - I must have missed that.
I note that when you change the tempo of a performance you have to store it as a user performance to keep that tempo
