Hi there is a slight delay when I change the tones on live set even any tone change has a delay tried firm wire update but on luck ,can anyone help
This is known behavior. If you do not notice any change and did a firmware upgrade - then your board may have started with firmware which already improved the latency. It was at some point measurably more pronounced - and Yamaha is aware of the benefits for less latency.
If the latency is too high - you may consider using a single performance to switch between sounds which require low latency. Using the same performance ensures there is no "load time" and muting one collection of sounds to bring in another (unmute) will happen "on a dime" (without latency).
I say "mute" - but you can use articulation control to simulate what happens in SSS - if that's what you're using. Or you can "morph". I'm not attempting to define how this gets done - just that the latency goes away if you can fit what were previously two (or more) performances into one.

Before attempting to setup your own Live Sets, I recommend a read through of the two articles listed below. This way you can't make an educated decision and make the best choice when moving between sounds.
Performance Basics and Live Set I
Performance Basics and Live Set II
Learning to use SSS (yes, there is a skill involved - although easy enough) I've seen User get it right away but believe it or not I've also seen users struggle with it. It's purpose (when understood does make it easier to use) is to continue one sound (Performance) while a new sound (Performance) is selected. Example, you need to hold the last chord of the Strings while you transition to Piano. You'll be able to recall and play the Piano while the last chord of Strings is still sounding. That's it!!! It's not about changing between more than one sound to one other sound. Period.
If you require machine gun lightning speed, then place your sounds (Parts) in a single Performance... within a Performance you can switch between 16 sounds without any delay whatsoever.
And reinforcing what Jason hints at, you can program specific transitions that suit your specific needs... here's a downloadable example using the SuperKnob/FC7:
