Do the Montage 8 and CP5 have the same type of weighted keys?

No. The Montage 8 has Yamaha's Balanced Hammer action - weighted action designed for 88-key synthesizers, aftertouch capable
The CP5 has Yamaha NW-Stage action (Natural Wooden) designed for 88-key stage electronic pianos.
