Montage m 2.0 and Soundmondo App not working any more

Hi after upgrading to fw 2.0 the Soundmondo app stopped working (fW version not compatible).

does someone know when there will be an app update?

Soundmondo app as in the iOS app store app?  Just checking.

 

And, if so, not sure.  If not - and you mean the web 'app" then there would be some suggestions on how to get the web untangled.

Yes the iOS app not the web interface.

Soundmondo App cannot be used with your montage m firmware version .please use the browser version.

before 2.0 everything was fine..

Interesting.  Wonder if there's an intentional decommit on the iOS app.  Not saying there is - but, if so, that would be unfortunate.  Hoping for an update.  Soundmondo (iOS) was updated after M was released so someone is around keeping the lights on for its development.

I just used the IOS Soundmondo app a few days ago with my M6 2.0 and it worked fine using the standard USB connection (interface set to Generic of course).

Hi i deinstalled the App, then downloaded and installed again but still the same. I use an iPad Pro with USBC connection over a Hub.

On the Montage M the generic driver is activated. I try to switch to Vendor, reboot and then switch back to Generic. I will report the result.

Why are you using a Hub? Try directly connecting a USB cable from the M to your iPad and see if that helps.

Hi I use this configuration since 4 years with no problems until fw 2.0.

But I can try .
