I wonder if it would be possible to set up a sample sound on Montage in such a way that it's started with the touch of a key and stopped again with a second touch of the same key without the need of holding it all the time ?
Any suggestions ?

Hello, yes it's possible, you need to use a drum kit for your sample, set it to a key, set note off "OFF", set decay 2 to Hold and use group to start stop on two keys.

Use the google translator tool in top banner, not perfect, but enough good.
- Another way can be to use the toggle function of arpeggios to start /stop playing with your keyboard.
