Did someone be able to reproduce with montage a pad sound of lovers in Japan? It seams very hard to me to do that.....maybe using motion sequence to move a pad? Witch preset could be a good start Point?

Hi Andrea I.m not sure wat exactly pad sound you really mean while in the song we can hear more then one pad sounds like a split pad piano sound in the intro and several other pad in the middle and end of this song. !! so if can be more specific, who knows i can help.?? i created many coldplay instruments cover sounds and full instrumental recording coldplay cover songs. i even created a complete coldplay sounds library in xoa sound formats. grts Ron

Hi from what i hear in this song, there is two component in the pad, one synth choir pad with phaser or flanger and one more metalic pad distorded perhaps with ring modullator or a Lofi FX and yes you could modulate the metalic pad FX with a motion sequence. Perhaps you can start with this type of edition.
I do not play it so i do not have done Montage performance for it.

You can probably find an effect which will turn nearly any sound with enough sustain into something close enough. I think the gymnasium reverb with maybe a vox organ with some other effect - I'm away from the keyboard - would do it. Layer that with the ragtime piano (which isn't what you're asking for) - and it'd be good enough.

Maybe part of the fun you can experience is trying to come up with something on your own first and seeing how perhaps others can shape what you start with.

Same subject... Has anyone managed to find or create a sound like the synth in Axel F? I can't seem to find one similar anywhere!
