Hi dear all, my new Montage M basic video is online now in English with subtitles fully edited, this week I explain how to use the Subscreen to edit an AN-X Part on your Yamaha Montage M.
Don't miss the bonus feature on how to mute or set solo for oscillators, operators, element.

Another thanks for posting. As previously mentioned we couldn't reply before because the forum keeps going up and down while they try to address the issues.

I like the way you made the effort to create a separate video to explain this functionality of the subscreen. Since the subscreen knobs are programmable it would really get confusing trying to explain the use of the subscreen as a whole since there would be constant switching between modes.

I still wish they would add functionality to the subscreen, and/or the main screen, to work with ANY 8 of the 128 elements at a time. Then they could add back the mute/solo capability for elements from 9-128.

Hi Andrew, thank you for your nice comment.

About mute/Solo, it's post on ideascale by Bill1, you can vote for it if it's not already done https://yamahasynth.ideascale.com/c/idea/158824

By awaiting if it's possible to done that, you can use the Exchange Element function to exchange one element from 9-16 or more to 1-8, not perfect, take a little bit of time but it's work for solo and level adjustement too when solo is not select.

Hope that will help
