I had a response with fancy pictures but the site hiccuped and lost my post.  It's been a week of this so I'm giving up for now. 

But here's the general rundown - open up the HTML version.  If you're doing it on a mobile device then you're probably golden and will see the hamburger menu (3 horizontal lines).  If you're on a PC or Mac then probably you won't see this because the screen is too wide and the docs are, strangely, organized differently on a wide vs skinny screens.   So the corrective step for this would be to drag your browser window so it gets skinnier until you see the hamburger menu.   Let me paste the last picture I made since it's still in my buffer ...
