When recording a new song on the Yamaha montage, How do you add additional performances on top what you recorded. I want to add some strings and horns. After recording, I hit the record button again and I choose Overdub, to play on top. but how do I play the other voices while the first recording is playing without having all 3 voices play at once?

The Recorder will Record all Parts with KBD CTRL active.
Deactivate the green KBD CTRL icon on all Parts you are not currently playing.

Ok thank you. I got it to record different parts by taking off KBD CTRL
