This is a feature request.

I know Montage is not TX816. But with TX816 I can get 16 notes of polyphony out of each TF1 module (128 without any issue) and it doesn't voice steal back to TF1-Number 1 prior to hitting 128. This is a good system. I know Montage is a different system.

That's fine.

The way Montage handles polyphony doesn't lend itself to using the whole instrument as a mega-synth like the TX816. Polyphony gravitates to Part 1, before even getting to 128, in both FM-X Performances and AWM2 Performances.

I can assure you that having the possibility to change the voice stealing behaviour would enable Montage to be more than it is right now as a synthesiser.

This is a feature request to let users decide how polyphony is managed across the Parts on the Montage in both FMX and AWM2.

If it's possible, please give us some options here.
