Is it my fault or both ribbon and MW can't controol any parameter of master FX?
If yes should be possible to implement it in next firmware?

That is correct. The Master Effects are on the upper COMMON/Audio level of the architecture. It can be assigned to be controlled by the following Montage devices:
AssignKnob 1-8
Motion Sequence Lane 1-4
Envelope Follower generated by any Part 1-16, the A/D Part or the Master Output
This means you can assign control over the available parameters of your chosen Master Effect with a Knob, or automate its control with a Motion Sequence or modify it with the Envelope Follower.
