Don't miss this opportunity for synth sounds from a DX7 lover here!
Had hoped this series would ascend to "teach a man to fish" instead of "feed him every few days".
Please find someone at the cutting edge of what's possible with FM-X, and let them explain how they see it, and how they subsequently think about exploiting it to get to new places, in such a way that all users can then think about how they can each go further in their own ways.
All these production values of the videos are hollow without actual insights.
These are more show and tell than deep dives. I like that they're showcasing free content contributed by artists.
That said, I appreciate content even more when accompanied by thoughts of how/why the author arrived at settings. Even if it was by just noodling around with sliders or less structured than some.
Maybe just a follow up with the original artists will suffice.
Presenting FM-X from diverse approaches would be of wide interest.
