Sometimes I inadvertently hit "Category Search" and "Audition" while making selections on the touch screen. It's very aggravating to have Audition suddenly start in the middle of a performance. Is there someway to turn off "Audition", as I really don't need it most of the time.

Hi Byron,
This is a preference that you can set in your Utility settings:
Press [UTILITY]
Touch "Settings" > "Advanced"
Set the "Audition Lock" = On
Your instrument will remain this way. You can always "unlock" when you need it.
