Hi everyone, is possible to buy (and where) Motif Xf's performances and upload them in Montage? Thanks for the answers.

There's still no way to import a performance into Montage from the Motif or any other keyboards which support some form of import/conversion to Montage. Hints of maybe - hints of maybe not. It is very possible for you to manually do the work if you have access to the settings (Motif screens) or can load the performance into something that can read the save files you have (X3A, etc). Something like the total librarian - I think looking at settings is available as a demo feature - just no saving or modifying. I've duplicated performances before myself manually. I took camera shots of every single setup screen - then matched up which Montage settings applied to which screens' settings, formed a paper table of parameters and settings related to Montage screens, then entered it all in manually on the Montage.

I wouldn't mind if the converter was online and if it noticed the X0A/X3A/etc file was something commercial - it would deny to convert. Not that I'm suggesting that has anything to do with the lack of such a tool - just stating that a limited scope of conversion would be OK. My use thus far was just to convert what I personally programmed on previous Yamaha synths.

If you want to buy Montage performances - there are places to buy those.

Note: not sure above (keyboardwaves) offers performances - description seems to indicate otherwise. Although the Montage version costs slightly more than the Motif XF version - so maybe you get some performances.

Some places do not show Montage targeted sound libraries yet:
