What support does the ESP have for polyphonic aftertouch?

My questions are based on the following:

A. The Montage M8X keybed can generate polyAT but the M6 and M7 keybeds cannot.

B. The M6 and M7 sound engines are capable of playing polyAT (per the docs/specs) if that polyAT is included in the MIDI they are sent.

C. A new MIDI 2.0 port now appears after applying the latest OS 2.0 update - any info on how, or even if, it can be used with the current version of things would be helpful.

So the questions include:

1. What support, if any, does the ESP have for sending polyAT to an M6 or M7?

2. Is MIDI 2.0 required?

3. Does the ESP have any functionality for manually editing the MIDI it will send to include polyAT?

4. Does the ESP have funcionality for accepting MIDI from a file or external device that includes polyAT?

5. In general, at a high level, what are the POSSIBLE workflows if you want to drive an M6 or M7 in a stage environment and you want that content to include polyAT?

One possible scenario might be using an M8X with ESP in the studio to create backing/other tracks that include polyAT, storing that data on the ESP and then in the stage environment having ESP send the 'midi with polyAT' data to an M6 or M7.

What if a user doesn't have an M8x in the studio? Are there alternative scenarios?
