Hallo Bad Mister
How to switch between different articulations on one instrument in one midi track?

Question is not clear. And very non-specific - what Voice, what articulations?

On the Electric Bass VOICE called "Velo Bass", increasing velocity causes the articulation "slap". On the VOICE "Violin Solo1" velocity increases bow stroke, [AF2] removes vibrato. Simply recording yourself playing and pressing the associated key or button will record your articulation. All Articulations on the XF are accomplished with standard MIDI messages.

But what happens if, in the same track with the same voice, you try to record in overdubb mode two different lines overalapped with different articulations, for example: A violin played legato and portato or stacatto, always using the same voice or patch?

I’m trying to understand what you are asking... I’m not seeing the significance of “the same track”... are you thinking MIDI recording or real recording (audio). The listener doesn’t care.

If you are talking MIDI you should just try it, see you get what you want... I’m not clear exactly what that is.... sorry.
