Although this may or may not fix your issue - the latest firmware update for Motif XF is version 1.50 (Just FYI) not 1.20
Please find at the bottom of this page: Downloads for Motif XF

Here are some things you can try:

1 _ Make sure the problem is not cabling or speaker related, try the XF through headphones. Is the same noise evident in the Phones? If no, please let us know. If yes, please proceed to number 2.

2 _ You don't mention any expansion FLASH BOARDS (FL512M or FL1024M) - are any installed? If yes, power down the instrument and remove the memory to see if this fixes the problem. If no, please proceed to step 3.

3 _ Have you tried a Factory Reset?
Be sure you have backed up all of your own data to an ALL data file (.X3A) before performing the Factory Reset because all User data will be reset to factory defaults.

Factory Reset:
Press [UTILITY]
Press [JOB]
Press [ENTER]
Press [YES]

If this fixes the problem, then load your ALL data file back into memory.
If not, please let us know.

Let us know.

I have tried several times to see all these three option if can works but there was no any good results
My motif doesn't have extra expansion FLASH BOARDS (FL512M or FL1024M)

When I put the signal cable in phones the same sound come not loudly compared to when I put in Output L+R,L give more horrible sound.
I tried check speaker connection its okay.
When you connect Motif XF8 to Mixer still gives the same sound as when you connect direct to Active speaker.

Can you have more other option please I would appreciate.

Please, maybe it's a language thing... do not plug a signal cable in the headphone jack. When I asked you if the distorted sounds was in the Phones jack, I wanted you to get (borrow if you don't have) a pair of headphones and connect them to the PHONES jack on the back panel.

Never connect the Phones jack to anything but headphones. It's a meaningless test, which tells you nothing.

Do you have headphones?

You should contact your regional Yamaha office and find your best option to get your instrument to an authorized Service Center. This info is usually found on your regional Yamaha website... or you can contact Yamaha (contact info in the back of your Owner's Manual).

Where are you located? This is not the website where you can order parts. I can find out for you if this exist where you live, but we don’t know where you are.

Since moving automatically on different pages is not a feature of the Motif XF... We can assume it is either receiving MIDI messages from another device, or the power source is not stable... either way you’ll need to give us a better description of what you mean. I’ve never (ever) seen a Motif XF automatically do anything like what you describe.Sorry.
