In a live performance, let's say, If the singer is not ready or a mistake occurs how can I restart from a specific measure (meaningful part) without stopping the playback so that the rest of the band can also follow it?

??? Really! 🙂

Fire that singer!
Rehearse the band more so that this never happens!
We did not make allowance for singers not ready or bands that did not rehearse.

But seriously, you cannot jump back to a "specific measure (few measures before)" which I'm not really sure what that means, but you can return to the TOP, if you messed up the audience just expects you to start again, don't compound it by jumping back to an unknown "specific measure" on the fly. There are LOCATE points but they need to be setup in advance.

My suggestion: laugh it off and start over!

I know 😀 but not everyone is a pro like you Phil. For people like me it's quite possible 😛 that being said it's not that bad, mostly for unexpected situations specially at the beginning of the show. In pattern mode it's easy but in song I don't know how to do that. Will you please help and tell me where to find info about this "LOCATE" feature?

Had to chime in on this one - - you answered your own question when you brought up "pattern mode." I can't imagine using song mode ever in a live performance, for the very scenario you're describing.

Converting your songs to pattern mode is also very easy. 🙂

Thanks for the clue Peter. I don't remember if I ever used the SONG mode to sequence something :p (May be I'm wrong but since I bought MOX and the in the XF, I found SONG mode not as flexible as PATTERN mode)
