All devices you wish to hear must be connected to your audio interface. Connect the analog audio outputs of the Motif XF to your audio interface, it will be the responsibility of the audio interface to send that data to your computer and to route audio to your monitor speakers. Take the name if the device quite literally, it is your Audio Interface.
We don't know the device but this is standard operating procedure... Please consult the documentation of the audio interface concerning Direct Monitoring. This will allow you monitor (listen to) the signal coming from your Motif XF through the audio interface.
We assume the "driver" you downloaded for the Motif XF is the Yamaha USB-MIDI Driver compatible with your computer's operating system. This takes care of MIDI communication (only) between the Motif XF and Cubase. The Motif XF does not communicate audio via USB (MIDI only via USB). Audio from the Motif XF in your setup will travel via the main Left and Right analog outputs to your audio interface.
Thank you
