There's terminology that needs clarification. I don't know Master mode. What you want can be set-up in advance with a Mixing. Search for "motif XF Mixing".

Again, you receive good advice. Terminology is your stumbling block. You cannot move between "layered Voices" without interruption.

You can layer Parts, you can move between layered Parts without interruption.

Parts are Voices that have been placed in either a Performance program where four can be played simultaneously, or Parts can be found in Song/Pattern Mixing setups where you can layer multiple Parts by setting the Parts on the same MIDI channel

If you place Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on MIDI channel 1 - then place Parts 5, and 6 on MIDI Channel 2, and Parts 7, 8, and 9 on MIDI channel 3, you can move seamlessly between them, without sonic interruption, using Track Select buttons [1], [2], and [3].
