Jason, the idea is good, but how do I set velocity on the midi keyboard escapes me. Not having it at hand, I don't understand if it can only be done with those with internal display and software or if I have to be connected to the PC and then act on the software from the PC. As for Bill, he says I can't play Motf sounds on the Midi, but if I succeeded on the first try ... the problem is that he replicates exactly the same sound. I obviously want another one at least
I was able to move the sound like Jason said. Post a link from the Motif forum which explains it in detail. The only problem is that when you work on the Songs, the settings are canceled when you turn them off. So I have to take a memory and remember to autoload and save any changes to the memory. At least that, by copying the setting to Master, it remains somehow saved on the internal memory? It didn't happen to me. I still have the name of the Song but all the sound and midi channel work is canceled. Anyway, Bill, IT'S POSSIBLE.
When I noticed this, I would push PRE1, then "E," and then "15." Any music I chose would load up after three button presses. If you count switching from Voice to Performance mode, it makes 4 button presses. https://yamahasynth.com/forum/motif-es7-midi-problem/ gmail
