I know I'm not the only person with a Motif (keyboard or Rack)and a Yamaha arranger keyboard. My focus is on integrating these two instruments as much as possible.

Things I have accomplished in the first two weeks include the following:

Playing the S970 Arps on the Motif Rack XS
Playing the Motif Rack XS Arps on the S970 using the S970 Panel Voices
Recording a Motif Rack XS Arp to the S970 sequencer
Playing an S970 Multi Pad on the Motif Rack XS
Playing S970 Multi Pads along with the Motif Rack Multis
Playing S970 style drum Parts along with Motif Rack XS Multis
External control of the Motif Rack XS via sysex (this is a huge benefit for replicating the Motif keyboard Panel controls)

This is a big topic and there is a whole lot more that can be done.

My question is: I'm not sure which board (Category) is the best to post questions and comments related to using the Motif Rack XS and the arrange together in a MIDI studio. (I have 5 sound modules, 5 XG plug-in cards, a BC2 Breath Controller, two hardware MIDI controllers, the S970 keyboard and last but not least a Win7 x6 computer.

I understand there may not be much interest in this topic, but I thought I'd ask anyway
