Do I need to uninstall these 3 below before installing the new 10.12 FW Driver, 10.12 Stand-Alone Editor, and Extensions?
1.Firewire Driver for 10.6.8
2 Studio Manager Editor for 10.6.8
3. Extensions for 10.6.8
I really would just like to leave them there if no harm will be done. Don't want to hassle with it.

Everything should be fine, not sure what you need the Studio Manger for, however.
