I presume there's no way to program a Motif controller to send higher resolution control values to an external synth? For example, say the mod wheel control of the external synth excepted an MSB/LSB via controller 1 and controller 33. I presume I just use controller 1, and am limited to the range of 0 to 127 values.

The resolution of MW in MIDI is 0-127
