I encountered a problem with my yamaha motif xf8. while using it, the voice suddenly changed to Ballad Key that's buttons PRE 1 Section A Common Edit 10 and it refuses to change each time I made attempt. I switched OFF the keyboard and powered it ON again, it brings up the problem again. Please, what should I do to resolve or rectify this problem? Thank you. Joshua Coates, Nigeria

Back up all your data first.
Then perform a factory (re)set (Reference Manual p. 231)
If this fixes the problem, then reload the backed up data and you should be good to go.
If it doesn't work, come back here for more assistance.
