I try to load the CS80 voice library onto the second flash board without any success. Can anyone guide me in the right direction? Also, I have another question. Is it possible to create your on drum kit?

Most libraries come with instructions that tell you into which Voice Bank they loaded the Voice data, you can direct the Waveforms and Samples to either Flash Board or USR SDRAM. Which CS80 Library are you referring to?
And yes you can create your own Drum Kits and store 32 of them in the User Drum Bank.
