Is there a good article (or video) illustrating how to copy songs back & forth between a MOXF8 and a Windows PC? I have Cubase AI 9.5 installed on my PC.

No video is necessary. It is easy enough....
To move a SONG from the MOXF to Cubase AI:
Connect a USB stick you use with your MOXF in the “To Device” slot
Press [FILE]
Press [F2] SAVE
Use the Data Dial to set the TYPE = SMF (Standard MIDI File)
Move the cursor down between the brackets and use the Data Dial to setup a file name
Press [SF1] EXEC
A list of the current Song Numbers/titles will appear...
select the Song you want to export as a .MID File
Press [SF1] to EXEC
