Sorry, the question is not clear. Arpeggio is one thing... Effects are an entirely different thing.

Let’s step back a minute and go through the steps to record the Voice “Ambient Pizza”.

First you needed to place the VOICE in a Song Mixing Setup. You cannot record from Voice Mode. You must place the Voice into a MIXING where it will occupy one Part of the 16 Part setup.

If you wish to record the output of the Arpeggiator you must ‘tell’ the Sequencer. It is a fundamental rule... the Sequencer MIDI Track can either record YOU pressing the Keys, or it can record the Output of the Arpeggiator assigned to the Part. It cannot record both simultaneously (at least not successfully).

Here’s what’s going on. There are four Elements in this sound.
Elements 1 and 2 are velocity limited to only sound when Velocity exceeds 112-119, and 120-127, respectively
Elements 3 and 4 string pad, are velocity limited to 1-111

The Arp Phrase you hear exceeds 112 velocity, thus triggering the Element 1 and 2
And because it is a string pad, you never play this sound with any significant velocity so you don’t notice it not playing at high velocities.

The KEY MODE for this type of Hybrid Arpeggio is “Sort+Direct”.

The following article dives deeply into this subject and shows how you can separate the Arp’d Elements in one Part and the Pad Elements in an adjacent Part, then you can record them and have them playback properly.

If you get stuck, post back here. It’s a fairly simple edit actually.
