What is the best way to change the sound settings in Voice Mode and how can i set it as a Favourite?

See page 26 of the Owner's Manual for "Grouping your most-used Voices together—Favorite Category"
Not sure how to answer the first question, as there is no one best way to do anything... Although I guess: "one parameter at a time" would be a good response. What do you want to do?
