I have purchased an FL1024 flash module loaded with the 10th Anniversity Soundset for Motif XF.
I'm not sure if it has ever been used or formatted.
If I install it into my MOXF8, will I lose all the loaded data when it is formatted?

Formatting a FL Board will definitely wipe out the data on the board, and you will lose the data. But presumably you have the ALL data file (.X6A) that goes with the Data on the board- without that File the data on the board is meaningless.
