Is it possible to have both poly and mono on a single voice path in voice mode? if yes please help.

Question is unfortunately not clear... why don’t you describe what you want to do?
Mono/Poly is an assignable function - many of the Synth Lead sounds feature such transitions.
Call up “Huge Lead” initially Mono
Press one of the AF buttons to switch it to Poly
Hope that helps, if not what do you want to do?

I believe I can answer the question: No, the mono/poly switch is global per voice, you can only have it on or off within a voice, and you need performance to have two voices in different mode.
