Random SFX and Accent Phrases

I've been experimenting with the squeak noises that can be added to a guitar sequence. It's a nice touch of authenticity, especially for a softer acoustic guitar part. And I can imagine it's used on other "instruments" in the MOXF library.

So is this an example of Random SFX. Although I'm doing it manually. Or are Random SFX a whole different thing with different purposes?

Some of the Bass voices sport similar non-musical noises, but those show up without my input. So does this occur on some guitar voices too and I just didn't notice?

I'd like to understand the Random SFX settings better. Is the idea of the Random SFX also having user-editable settings a way to effect the nuance of the effect -- the volume or pitch or frequency (as in "how often")?

Which brings me to Accent Phrases. Is this also a feature meant to bring some random characteristic to a Voice or is there something else intended? I know the Accent Phrase Velocity and Threshold can be edited, but I got the impression (wrong, perhaps) that Accent Phrases only presented in certain Voices, so I remain quite vague about it.

Would like to know and grasp more about these two features and maybe hear how others use them in their Song material.
