Why do I still get a voice playing on my MOXF when I am using an organ vst (VB3-II, and YX-3B) and all draw bars are off?

If you don't want the MOXF to sound while controlling external VSTs, set "Local Control = Off"
Press [UTILITY]
Press [F6] MIDI
Press [SF2] SWITCH
Set "Local Ctrl" = Off
This disconnects the MOXF keys from the MOXF tone engine.
