I have composed some songs in my MOXF6 ,
and now I need to have them in my Windows PC,
as an audio file (something like an MP3 file), so I can send them to my friends or upload them on the internet.

What's the best way to do that without affecting the sound quality?

Thank you

If you don't want to negatively affect the sound quality many would say, do not squeeze it down to an MP3. You can easily create a CD-quality Wav file from your MOXF with the items that came with the keyboard. While quite a bit larger than MP3 files, the WAV format is still small enough to easily share with others. And the sound quality will be worth it. CD-quality is 44.1kHz, 16bit.

The MOXF has a built-in MIDI/AUDIO Interface which allow you to create the stereo .WAV file right on your computer, via a single USB cable (provided with your MOXF). You also received an Access Code for Cubase AI which can be used to authorize your download of the software. Have you installed Cubase?

Alternate methods include connecting your MOXF to an iPhone/iPad running Yamaha's "Cloud Audio Recorder" app... you'll need an Apple adapter to connect the Lightning port on the i-device and the USB "To Host" port on the MOXF. The MOXF is iOS Class Compliant and the App lets you upload your high quality audio directly to the Internet via your own SoundCloud account.

Thanks for your very helpful reply.
I think I will try using the CUbase first (yes, the synthie came with a legit copy of cubase)
and then I will try the second option
It sounds very interesting and I am eager to see results.
Happy New Year!
