I installed and activated the Cubase software that came with my keyboard.
Now it is asking for the code. When I put it in it says it has already been used and can't be used again. All being done on the same computer.
How can I get it to work?

Contact Steinberg. An important part of the process is creating a MySteinberg Account. If there is a problem they will be able to address through your MySteinberg Account.
