Hi,
in the default performance 16 of mx49, the drum kit for the rhythm pattern is a sound effect (SFX).
I like it and I want to use it in other performances.
Unfortunately when I move to other rhythm patterns (first page) the second page is "stuck" in DR (drum kits).
I was wondering how can I change DR to SFX or other?

SFX is the Sound Effects category, any Part can select a sound from any Category. In your question it is not exactly clear what you are trying to accomplish. Can you elaborate a bit more?

Click on Rythm pattern, then arrow down (second page): here you can choose beetween different drum kits but I can't found how to change the category of sounds.
As told before, in performance 16 (default) the drum kit is set to SFX category.
I was wondering how the category can be changed in that part.

Sorry, it's hard for me to know what it is you are missing. Maybe this will help:
We are talking about Factory Set Performance 16: CosmicBot
This is a LAYER
Part 1 = STR:047: Disco (String sound called "Disco")
Part 2 = MFX:109: Jegog (Musical Effect called "Jegog")
Part 10 = SFX:001: Yellow Men (Sound Effect called "Yellow Men"
To change the sound playing in response to the Rhythm Pattern, start from the Main PERFORMANCE SELECT screen
Press [PART SELECT] far right front panel
Initially Part 1 is showing... Press [10] to select Part 10 which is always the Rhythm Pattern Part (if you forget, directly below the screen it tells you which are the LAYER/SPLIT and RHYTHM PATTERN Parts.
Once you have selected [10] you can use the DOWN CURSOR arrow to view Part 10's parameters.
If you want to change the Category use the DATA DIAL while "SFX" is flashing.
If you want to change the Voice within the category, DOWN CURSOR once to make the three digit number to flash, again, use the DATA DIAL
Continue to cursor down to view the other settings for Part 10
Press [STORE] when you are finished.

There is another question, maybe offtopic:
I can't understand why Part 1 (still on performance 16) stop to work on B4 key, after that key it does not play anymore...
Where can I change this?
