There is a way to check if the firmware of my MX 88 is the last which yamaha relased? I bought it the 16th of JUne 2018. When I check on the Mx "Boot 1.2 Firmware 1.00" is displayed.

That should be the latest. The MX88 (already part of the 2nd series) doesn't have a firmware upgrade that I am aware of. The first in the series ("V1" ) had a firmware update - but also had no 88 key version.
By "V1" I mean hardware revision.
Current Yamaha Synthesizers: Montage Classic 7, Motif XF6, S90XS, MO6, EX5R
