Same set up as in Clap Your Hands - except I used Acoustic Guitar 2.0 by Pettinhouse for finger picking and strumming.

All the percussion comes from MOXF - I combine about 4 kits on this track.

I have to say the percussion kits and setup on MOXF (actually almost all Yamaha products have these kits) is really easy to work with and there is a lot of depth. I love the single person hand clap!
