The forum is all in Japanese (the first 14 or so pages, anyway).
Can someone please fix this?

It's spam and seems to happen frequently. Eventually a moderator deletes the spam. Every once and a while some new anti-spam rule/feature is added to try to combat future attacks. None of these yet have prevented the spam but every once and a while your own posts will trigger the spam detection and your message gets rejected (easily defeated with simple edits).
