Since a couple of months I find entering in YamahaSynth site harder and harder. Although I changed my password several times, the music is always the same: once clicked on Sign In button the wait is endless... I succeeded login only few times resetting Firefox to its default status, but the annoying behaviour returns.
Only with Chrome login on YamahaSynth is without any issues... But I'd like to keep using Firefox as my main browser.
Any clues?
Please help.

Thank you for your participation and sorry you are experiencing these frustrations. We have had several people test the login on Firefox and are not able to recreate any issues. We are only seeing a seamless login.
Can you tell us what version of Firefox you are using?

I'm replying obviously from Chrome...
Firefox release is the latest one, as you'll see in attached file.
I keep remaining clueless.

Maybe I discovered what made login impossible: AD Block Plus. I'll have to cope with it.
