Hi everybody, i wanted to ask you a question about yamaha genos, i have a problem with tempo lagging when i switch style,
Does anyone have any information if this problem will be solved in future updates,
You can check the link if you want to see this problem maybe somebody have the same problem with me☺.
You’ll want to contact Yamaha Customer Support, and be clear that you are changing “Registration” (your video shows someone switching Registrations at very odd moments... not really anything close to, as you said “switch style”. This site is for Yamaha Synthesizers (exclusively) customer support can help you learn the difference and how to make musical use of the functions on GENOS.
So i just need to contact yamaha company for making a update about that problem??
No. I see no specific problem from what you show in that video ...other than it is impossible to diagnose what is causing your hesitation. The video is not helpful based on how the Registration buttons are designed to be used. I’m sure the support folks will need to ask you for more information than what’s provided in that video.
But you need to understand GENOS support is not handled under this particular website. And you will likely get a satisfactory solution if you contact Yamaha Customer Support (as the quickest and surest resolution to your issue with using Genos) you called it changing Styles, the buttons being activated in the video are not the STYLE buttons, but rather the Registration buttons... that much I offered from what you videoed (you posted here hoping since it is also a keyboard you might get some info here, and you did)... what I saw was someone pressing and recalling REGISTRATIONs and expecting, perhaps, they want to actually be transitioning “musical sections”...
If you have a Manual handy take a look at the difference between the STYLE control buttons and REGISTRATIONS buttons. But asking about this here on YamahaSynth, while not quite as off topic as asking about a Waverunner, a Motorcycle or an All-terrain Vehicle, we feel obligated to point you to where you can get your query best answered... hope that helps. Let us know.
Okay thank you very much but there is a last thing i wanted to ask
Can you give me yamaha corporation email so i can tell them the issue beacuse i dont know the yamaha email
There are many different Yamaha offices around the world... there is no central email address.
Best way is to go to the Yamaha.com site, find your country, find the Musical Instrument area and look then for “Service” or “Contact us” usually at the bottom of the screen.
