Thank you for the answer!

There are no switches  to choose voltage or anything, just 2 usb a ports . I will try to attach link to the short manual with more details , maybe this time it will let me post it

device.  report/manual/927490  maybe it will clarify something?

The additional information didn't help.  Maybe there's more filtering.

I was asking about the switching because you stated:

1st power bank - output :5v=3A or 9v=2A or12V= 1.5A ,

2nd power bank -5V = 2.4A 9V=2.5A Max, 12v=1.85A Max

And so I see the power supply outputs 5V or 9V or 12V for the first bank and -5V or 9V or 12V for the second bank.  Just wondering how you pick which voltage output is going to be used.  Are there 3 different output ports for each?  Or is there some kind of adapter you plug in that "makes" the output a certain value?

So still, there is not enough information to give the "green light" on this.

Well i ended up ordering batteries ,but suddenly my  DX's power adaptor stopped working ,  (cant return item at this point) so i decided to give it a try , hooked it up to that Romoss  powerbank that i mentioned with simple  12v usb to dc cable that i power my wifi router with  and it seems to work just fine , so if someone stumble across this  - i dont  encourage to do that  , but this setup works pretty well.
